To stop the generation of predictive data for a distributor, follow these steps to deactivate the service:

1. Navigate to the App Library within the system.

2. Locate and select the option to uninstallOrderIQ.

3. Access the Scheduled Tasks menu.

4. Update the frequency of the following tasks to "Off" to prevent further automated processing:

Deactivating the service ensures that system resources are optimized by stopping unnecessary predictive calculations for inactive clients. Note that this process halts the creation of new Suggested Order History data; however, any historical data generated prior to deactivation will remain in the system.
