The default vendor displayed in PO Generator is from the Suppliers Vendors table. If a product is purchased from additional vendors, users can add Forecast Groups Vendors records.

1. Create Forecast Groups Vendors records to control what vendors can be selected when using PO Generator

2. Before creating purchases in PO Generator, select the vendor from the dropdown.

When purchases are created in PO Generator, the vendor field on the inventory record for that product will be updated to the selected vendor. The default vendor in the dropdown will be set inventory record unless the vendor on the inventory record is null, then the displayed vendor will be from the Suppliers Vendors table.
