Steps

How to create a Combo Promotion

A Combo promotion enhances promotional flexibility by allowing multiple products to be sold together for a single fixed price, ensuring accurate billing and simplified entry for sales representatives.

  1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Promotions table.

  2. Click the Add Promotions button.

  3. Enter values to all required and applicable optional fields displayed in the New Promotion form and click the Add Record button when completed.

    a. Set the Promotion Type field to 15) Combo

    b. In the All Products field toggle it off so that the Zero Promotion does not apply to All Products

    c. Enter required fields noting Amount, Participation, Salesman Override, Min Purchase, and Min Product Count can be left as default values and don't impact Combo promotions.

    d. After the promotion record exists you can Add Promotions Products

    e. After all products are added the fields most important are: Amount and Combo Units

    d. Combo Units and Amount should be entered according to Wholesale Units Per Case. For example, if a Product has a Case Price of $60 and WUPC = 6 and in the combo you want to sell a single bottle. The Combo Units would be 1 and the Amount would be $10
