Find the Quickbooks Sync Link

Distributor steps for downloading the Encompass QuickBooks Link (QuickBooks Desktop sync) from the Client Versions table in Encompass. Accounts must already be mapped between Encompass and QuickBooks.

  • Accounts have been mapped between Encompass and Quickbooks.

  • If you are looking to migrate to Quickbooks Desktop from another Accounting System and wish to leverage the Encompass Quickbooks sync, please engage our Services team for assistance in mapping the data.

Steps

To Download the Encompass Quickbooks Sync:

1. On your Encompass Site, navigate to the Client Versions table.

2. Filter the Client Application column to Encompass Quickbooks Link for PC.
​
3. Identify the most recent link and click Download.
​
4. Follow the prompts to setup the Link.
