Pre-Conditions
To gain unlimited access to all AI reporting features, and additional AI Podcasts, the ReportingIQ application must be installed from the App Library.
Steps
The system provides several AI-powered tools to help you analyze your data more effectively. These tools are available based on two tiers: a standard free tier included for all users, and an unlimited paid tier.
By default, all systems operate on the free tier, which includes a monthly allowance for each AI feature. Usage counts reset on the first day of each month.
If a limit is reached, the corresponding functionality will be unavailable until the usage resets or the system is upgraded.
Free tier monthly limits:
Report AI Summaries: 50 summaries
Data Insights Messages: 50 messages
Business Briefs: 4 briefs
Report Summary Infographics: Disabled
Cortex Search AI indexing*: Disabled
Data Hygiene AI Recommendations: Disabled
For users who require more extensive use of these tools, upgrading provides unlimited usage. This is done by installing the ReportingIQ application from the App Library.
