Steps

Supported Scanners

Android All-in-Ones

Standalone mobile computers that combine scanning and navigation in one device.

  • Zebra TC22/27 (sleek) & TC53/58 (rugged) Mobile Computer

  • Best for: Inventory counting and manager activities. A lightweight, smartphone-style interface that is perfect for navigating menus and spot-checking stock without the bulk of a separate scanner.

  • Add-on features include extended long range scanning and larger memory.
Note: These devices will be transitioning to -01 versions in 2026, for example: TC501

  • Zebra WS50 / WS501 Wearable Scanner

  • Best for: Dedicated Picking. Worn on the wrist or finger, this standalone device provides total hands-free movement for high-volume piece-picking without the need for a separate phone.

  • Note: We will be switching to the WS501's as the WS50's are reaching End-of-Service (EOS) in Q2 of 2026 with Zebra.

Tablets & Mounted Solutions

Large-screen devices ideal for data-heavy tasks or vehicle-mounted use.

  • Zebra ET45 All-in-one Tablet

  • Best for: Truck return and receiving. The 10-inch screen is essential for managing complex manifests, while the built-in scanner allows for quick verification in a single device.

  • Note: Can also be paired with a mounting dock for Pick Management Kiosk access.

  • Note: These devices will be transitioning to -01 versions in 2026, for example: ET401

  • Apple iPad + Zebra DS3678

  • Best for: Forklift operations, replenishment, receiving. This setup allows drivers to scan pallets from the seat using the long-range scanner while following clear navigation instructions on a large, mounted tablet.

Wearables & Rings

Ergonomic scanning accessories that pair with other mobile devices to keep hands free.

  • Zebra RS5100 Ring Scanner

  • Best for: High-speed Picking or Packing. A lightweight addition for workers already using iOS devices who need to keep both hands free for grabbing and boxing items.

  • Zebra RS6100 Ring Scanner

  • Best for: Multi-level Picking. Offers the same hands-free benefits as the RS5100 but adds a powerful 40-foot scan range for hitting high-rack labels from the floor.

  • ProGlove M-Series (Back-of-Hand Scanners)

  • Best for: Ergonomic Picking and Inventory. These reduce thumb fatigue and leave palms free for gripping heavy cases.

  • M007 (Mark Basic): Best for standard near-field picking (up to 90cm).

  • M011 (Mark Basic Multi-range): Most versatile for picking and inventory (up to 250cm range).

  • M010 (Mark 3 Long Range): The best hands-free choice for reaching high racks or scanning across aisles.

Mobile Printing:

  • Zebra ZQ series printers

  • Brother RJ4320BL mobile printers

  • Note: These need to be Bluetooth-supported and read printing language ZPL/ZPLII to work for mobile printing.
