Minimum Version Required: 25.07
Pre-Conditions
Must be using an iPad or iPhone device updated to at least iOS 26.
The Encompass application must be installed and active.
The issue is characterized by the Encompass application not appearing in full-screen mode, but rather in a smaller, resizable window.
Steps
Check the application window state. If the Encompass application is not in full-screen mode, it will appear as a smaller window on the screen, potentially with other applications.
Locate the window controls. At the top of the Encompass application window, look for a small, dark oval or three dots at the top-middle of the screen.
Access the window menu. Tap on the small oval with three dots. This will bring up a menu with window control options
Restore full-screen view. From the menu, tap the option labeled "enter full screen" or look for a green restore circle icon. This should immediately expand the Encompass application to fill the entire screen.
Repeat for other applications (if necessary). If you have multiple applications in windowed mode, repeat these steps for each one to restore their full-screen display.
Contact Support. If the issue persists after following these steps, or if you encounter a different error, please contact the support team. When you do, be prepared to provide the following information:
- The exact error messages or codes encountered.
- Screenshots or video recordings of the issue.
- The exact steps taken by the customer that led to the issue.
- The date and time the issue was first observed.
- Any changes made to your device or the Encompass application before the issue appeared.
