Finding Your EncompassID

Explains how to find your EncompassID (not your site URL) in the left menu bar under your username, needed to log in to Encompass Mobile and install Auto Print Service or QuickBooks Sync. Requires v20.01+.

Steps

Your EncompassID is how your organization's specific Encompass site is referenced throughout the Encompass system. This is required to:

  • Install Auto Print Service

  • Login to Encompass Mobile

  • Install the Quickbooks Sync

It is not the same as your Encompass URL. To locate your Encompass ID:

  1. Login on your Encompass site.

  2. Expand the menu bar on the far left-hand side of the page.

  3. At the very bottom of the menu bar you will see your user name displayed. Below that, your Encompass ID is displayed. Enter your Encompass ID exactly as it is shown on the menu bar.
