Minimum Version Required: 22.07

Pre-Conditions

The following workflow assumes users already have a Load Sheet to return and the status of the load sheet selected should be either: New, Locked For Routing, or Loaded. This assumes users have already completed the Count In and Error tabs of the route reconciliation process.

Steps

How to Return a Route on the Server

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Load Sheets table.

2. Find the Load Sheet needed and click the Return hyperlink under the Warehouse User.

3. Click Return Tab.

4. Select the Load Sheet to return by checking the box provided.

5. Click the Mark Returned button.

Best Practices

1. Return a load sheet only when the Invoices are Locked and the Count In and Error tabs have been completed.

2. This workflow describes the phase in the Load Sheet lifecycle that takes a Load Sheet in the ‘Loaded’ status to ‘Returned’. The next phase, Balancing a Load Sheet, describes taking a ‘Returned’ Load Sheet to the ‘Balanced’ status.
