Fields And Definitions

Bin Name Alignment: When new equipment is created, the system now automatically sets the Bin Name to match the Equipment Name (up to 15 characters). If the Equipment Name is later updated, the Bin Name will be updated as well to stay in sync.

Sequential Barrel Numbering: For equipment types designated as 'Barrels' , the system now automatically assigns Equipment Num based on sequential ordering from the last barrel added. This ensures barrel numbers are contiguous and easy to manage for reporting.

Flexibility: Users can still manually assign an Equipment Num during creation if specific requirements exist; the system will prioritize user-defined numbers and only apply sequential logic if no number is provided.
