Requesting SOC Reports and Bridge Letters

Customer steps for getting Encompass SOC 1/SOC 2 reports and bridge letters: request access on the Encompass Trust Center, accept the NDA, download reports and request a bridge letter. Requires v20.01+.

Steps

Accessing the Encompass Technologies Trust Center:

1. Visit the Trust Center: Go to our Trust Center
​
​2. Request Access: Click "Get Access" and fill out the required information.
​
3. Email Confirmation: Upon approval, you'll receive an email with access instructions.
​
4. NDA Agreement: You'll be directed to a page to review and accept our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Download Reports & Request Bridge Letters: Once the NDA is accepted, you can download available reports and request bridge letters.

Requesting a Bridge Letter:

1. Select Report: Choose the SOC2 or SOC1 report for which you need a bridge letter.
​
2. Initiate Request: Click "Start a Conversation" to submit your bridge letter request.
​
​

  • Please make a note of your CSM or SPOC in the conversation.
