Pre-Conditions
Install the OrderIQ app from the Encompass App Library available in ECP 25.01+.
Reach out to Encompass Support to discuss getting started with OrderIQ.
Steps
Install orderIQ App
1. Search the App Library Dashboard on ECP site
2. Search for orderIQ app in the search bar of the App Library Dashboard
3. Click Install
4. Verify orderIQ is installed on your account by going to the Configure orderIQ dashboard
orderIQ Launch Checklist
1. Click the PDF tab to view the orderIQ launch checklist
2. Identify accounts to configure for orderIQ (See Configure Accounts for orderIQ for step-by-step guide on account configuration)
3. Train sales reps on common orderIQ workflows (See Sales Reps using orderIQ for step-by-step guide on orderIQ workflows in Encompass Mobile)
4. Go live with orderIQ accounts
