Best Practices

If an asset has already been picked and should have been delivered but it is still showing on the dashboard, this is typically due to the delivery rep not placing the asset correctly. Typically it is caused by the Delivery Rep tapping on the Asset Request Survey from Event View and setting the status to Assigned. They should not access the Survey while placing Assets. They should only access the Assets mobile item when placing.

To Fix:

  • Update the Task associated with the Asset Request to the status Validation Pending and have the Delivery Rep place the asset correctly at the customer.
