Steps
There are a handful of pre-defined variables within fusion reports, known as ID Arrays. These arrays are IDs that each User inherently has. Using these variables as filters in fusion reports allows for dynamic filtering for the given user that is running or viewing the report.
{ARAccountIDArr} - Comes from ARAccountsUsers records
{BrandIDArr} - Comes from the brands under each supplier where SuppliersUsers records exist
{ChainIDArr} - Comes from the ChainsUsers records
{CompanyIDArr} - Comes from the UsersCompanies records
{CustomerIDArr} - Comes from the CustomersUsers records
{LocationIDArr} - Comes from the UsersLocations records
{ManagerUserIDArr} - Comes from the Manager 1 data structure. This variable/filter allows for Managers to see data for all users they are managers of.
{SupplierIDArr} - Comes from the SuppliersUsers records
{VendorIDArr} - Comes from the VendorsUsers records
Best Practices
When applying ID Arrays to filters, it is best to apply these filters to specific User Types.
