Configure Accounts for orderIQ_2

Distributor steps for choosing which customers get orderIQ AI suggested orders in Encompass using the Configure orderIQ dashboard, then enabling Suggested Order for Encompass Mobile. Requires v25.01+ and orderIQ app.

Steps

Configure Accounts for orderIQ

Before you begin: Ensure customers have at least 30 days of historical invoices for optimal AI performance.


1. Navigate to Configure orderIQ dashboard on ECP site

2. Use filters (e.g., chain, customer type, territory, ZIP code, or city) to find customers to configure for AI ordering.

3. Click Apply to display customers based on the selected filters. If no customers appear, adjust the filters or ensure the data is available.

4. Select customers:

  • Click the checkbox next to an individual customer to select them.

  • Click the checkbox at the top left to select all customers in the filtered list.


5. Click Next: Build Suggested Order to continue

6. Review the selected customers on the Submit Configuration page.

7. Click Submit Configuration to finalize the setup.

8. Confirm the configuration:

  • Go to the Suggested Order Configurations table and verify that the AI Suggested Ordertoggle is set to True for the configured customers.


9. Once configured, AI orders are generated weekly on Sunday evenings to build orders for the following week. Orders are stored in the Suggested Order History table for display on Encompass Mobile.

Enable orderIQ for Encompass Mobile

1. Navigate to the Customers table on your ECP site

2. Set Enable Suggested Order = True on the customer record
​
3. Verify that the AI order is being populated:

  • Check the Suggested Order History table to ensure recommendations are appearing for the customer on the scheduled pre-sell date.

Fields And Definitions

  • Apply - If True, suggested order configuration is active for the account.

  • AI Suggested Order - If True, suggested order configuration is using orderIQ AI to generated order
    ​
    ​

  • First Invoice Weight - load balance more than once a week accounts using this parameter. If first invoice weight is 70%, then 70% of the weekly cases will be included on the first invoice and 30% will be included on the second invoice of the week.

  • Ensure orderIQ app is installed on your site

  • Wait for cache to clear and search for Configure orderIQ dashboard
