Scan Sheets for Store Receiving

Distributor steps to print store receiving scan sheets (product names and UPC barcodes) from Delivery Optimizer or from an invoice in Encompass Mobile. Needs Customer Print Scan Sheet set. Requires v24.01+.

Pre-Conditions

  • Stores that are being delivered to have the ability to scan a barcode and find a product for receiving product.

  • Pre-printed scan sheets need Customer.Print Scan Sheet = True

Steps

Print Scan Sheets

1. Go to Delivery Optimizer

2. Click Print Manifests and Invoices
​
3. Review for Customer that you're expecting the Scan Sheet
​
4. Click Print

From Hanheld

1. Go to the invoice
​
2. Click Hamburger in top right corner
​
3. Click Print Scan Sheet

  • Scan Sheet - Sheet of Product Names and UPC scannable barcodes that allow for faster receiving

Best Practices

  • Have the Customer.InvoiceSequence match the Invoice Template Sequence so that the scan sheet and invoice line up as expected.
