Steps
1. Identify Customer and Product: Determine the specific customer account that was involved in the sales activity. Identify the specific product that the sales representative interacted with. 2. Identify Date and Expected Data: Confirm the exact date when the sales representative performed the action. Understand what data the user expects to see on the handheld device as a result of this action (e.g., updated inventory levels, a new order, a change in status). 3. Access Customer History Table: Navigate to the Customer History table. Apply filters to isolate the records specifically for the identified custome and the relevant product. 4. Examine Date and Data Arrays: Locate the "Date Array" field for the filtered records. This field contains a comma-separated list of date ranges. Compare the "Date Array" with the "Inventory Array," "Num Units Array," and "Backorder Array." Understanding the Arrays: The position of a value in the "Inventory Array," "Num Units Array" and "Backorder Array" corresponds to the date range at the same position in the "Date Array" For example, if the "Date Array" is "1/1/2025, 1/31/2025, 2/1/2025" and the "Units Array" is " , 2," this indicates: - No units were purchased during the date range starting on "1/1/2025" and ending before "1/31/2025". - 2 units were purchased on "1/31/2025". - No units were purchased during the date range starting on "2/1/2025". 5. Analyze Missing Data:- Is data missing in the Customer History table? If No: The data appears to be present in the customer history. Instruct the mobile user to manually sync their handheld device using the sync button on the home screen. After sycncing, ask them to confirm if the expected data is now visible. If Yes: Identify the specific missing data. Is it related to inventory levels, units purchased, or backorders? Check Store Depletions (if retailer inventory related): If the missing data pertains to inventory, investigate the Store Depletions records for the relevant date to confirm if inventory was properly accounted for on the expected day.

Best Practices
Ensure sales reps manually sync their handheld devices regularly, especially after any sales activities or account updates.
Verify data accuracy on the server before assuming an issue with the handheld sync.
Exercise caution when running Scheduled Tasks. Always understand the potential impact before execution.
