Table View: More Filters

Steps to filter on several columns at once in any Encompass Table View using the More Filters button (Modify Filters overlay). Only columns added to the view can be filtered. Requires v22.01+.

How to Apply Filters to Multiple Columns Headers in Table View

  1. Navigate to any Table in Encompass

  2. Click the "More Filters" button at the top of the table
    ​
    ​

  3. All Table View columns are displayed in the Modify Filters overlay
    ​
    ​

  4. Apply filters to as many columns as needed
    ​
    TIP: All the same Column Header filtering capabilities exist in Modify Filters as on the Column Header including using greater than, less than, numbers, and SQL.

  5. At the top of the overlay, click the "X" to delete an unneccesary filter
    ​
    ​

  6. Click "Apply Filters" when complete

Best Practices

  • Only column headers that are added to the Table View are displayed in Modify Filters. If you do not see a field that you would like to filter on, make sure that it is added as a column to the Table View.
