Best Practices
Order Fulfillment streamlines truck and inventory management with two primary workflows; Delivery and Returns
Suggested that Routing Method be set to One Invoice per Load Sheet On or After Requested Date
Delivery focuses on picking & processing outbound shipments
Orders (invoices) must be created to appear on the Delivery tab
Multiple orders can be processed at the same time
For load sheets with multiple orders, they must share an action status; send to pick or mark as shipped to ensure complete processing.
Marking orders as shipped immediately removes the product from inventory
This happens by creating the Invoiced Bin Trans when the invoice updated to Loaded status through the Delivery dashboard
Returns focuses on creating & processing inbound, separate returns
Expected returns will appear, new returns can be created
Get the product back in inventory and process the credit memo
Explicit return configuration simplifies the process
