Creating an Account to Access Encompass Dock Time Calendar for Carriers

Carrier steps for creating a dsdlink account to book deliveries on a distributor or producer's Dock Time Calendar and adding destination locations. Requires v24.07+ and the Dock Time Calendar for Carrier app.

Pre-Conditions

  • The distributor or manufacturer must have installed the Dock Time Calendar for Carrier app on their Encompass site.

Steps

Creating an Account to Access Encompass Dock Time Calendar for Carriers


1. If the user has not received a link from a distributor or manufacturing partner, navigate to dsdlink.com. On the dsdlink home page click Create Account and select the "Carrier" option.

2. Enter the required information including your full name, company name, email, and phone to create the account.

3. Then, click create account.
​
4. A message will appear stating that an email has been sent to finalize the signup process. Click sign in and check the email for a message from [email protected] to reset your password.

5. Enter a New password and click Set Password.
​
6. If there are no values listed in the Destination Location, or not the intended one, click the Add Destination button.
​
7. Search the location by entering the company name or city.
​
8. Enter a PO Number or shipment number for the location.
​
9. Then, Click ok.
