How to Capture Customer Average Service Times for Delivery, Sales, or Merchandising
Using Universal Search, go to the Service Time Controls table
Identify the Delivery, Sales, and Merchandiser Service Time Controls record(s) to edit
Click to edit the Source field and select Fleet Tracker, Encompass Mobile, or Fixed Times.
NOTE: Fleet Tracker requires an integration with a telematics company such as Geotab or Samsara, but provides the most accurate service times. Encompass Mobile captures times when someone using the Encompass Mobile App is within a customer's geofenced area. Fixed Times will not calculate average service times and the system will use Fixed Times on customer or customer type to calculate service time.
Set either a Start/End Date or Duration Days to open data capture and calulation window
Start/End Date: Start date overrides the duration days and is limited to one year. If the Start Date is more than 1 year, the system adjusts automatically.
The End Date determines the date to end the window to calculate average service times. The end date is optional and, if left empty, the system uses the current date as the end date.
Duration Days: Select an increment of 30, 60, 90, or 120 days. The calculation window includes today and close automatically at the end of the period selected. In order to use duration days, the start date field must be empty.
If Fleet Tracker or Encompass Mobile is the Source, Average Service Times are updated nightly and displayed in the Delivery, Sales, or Merchandising Average Service Time field
