Minimum Version Required: 24.01

Pre-Conditions

  • Users should be familiar with Advanced Fusion Alert setups

Steps

  • When alerts are initially created, and there is a fusion report that fuels them, there will be a filter in the fusion report that references {LastStartTime}. You may notice that this {LastStartTime} is not pre-defined as a variable in the report.

  • The LastStartTime only takes effect when the Import Routine for the alert is under ImportProjectID=1126, 2044, 2043, 2046, or 2045. These are system Import Projects that are hardcoded to utilize this LastStartTime, and they technically reference the Last Run Time of the corresponding ImportRoutineSettings record.

  • If the ImportProject is changed, none of those system import projects can be placed back on the Import Routine. Instead, the options are to:

    - Create a new Alert from scratch, or modify the LastStartTime filters of the report to use a pre-defined variable.

Best Practices

If a report is working, do not move the Import Routine to a different Import Project
