Pre-Conditions

To comply with the state, the Locations Product Types State Tax Code MUST be:

  • Liquor

  • Wine

  • Beer

  • Reduced

Column Definitions

Anchorage/Fairbanks/Juneau - Grouped by Location

​Liquor/Wine/Beer/Reduced - Grouped by Product Type
​
​Begin Inv. (Gal) - Inventory on start date
​
​Received at whse (warehouse) - Total inventory from startup until up-to-date
​
​Total - Begin Inv. value and Received at warehouse value
​
​Gal. sold in AK - Gallons sold within the selected date range
​
​Military Sales (Gal) - The number of sales (in Gallons) on verified invoices for customers types with military = true and invoice date is within the selected date range
​
​Ending Inv. (Gal) - Inventory on end date
​
​Total Gallons - Total number of purchases in gallons within the selected date range
