Steps
The Pallet Cuts dashboard allows users to identify and re-pick pallets with cut products, ensuring that available inventory is utilized to fulfill ordered quantities before lost sales leave the warehouse.
1. Ensure that users responsible for re-picking have the PalletAddUnits Permission.
2. Navigate to the Encompass Mobile Warehouse.
3. Prior to loading the pallet onto the delivery truck, go to the Pallet Cuts dashboard within the Load section of the menu.
4. This dashboard is divided into two sections:
Inventory Available: Lists pallets with cut products where on-floor inventory is now available, and offers the option to re-pick.
Inventory Unavailable: Lists pallets with cut products where inventory is not available, simply for visibility.
5. In the Inventory Available section:
Review the list of cut products displayed by pallet.
Select the checkbox next to each product to mark it for re-picking.
Tap the “Complete Re-Picks” button at the bottom of the page to fill the quantities back into the pallet.

Bin Transaction: Record of inventory movement or management
Skip: Opting to move on from a prompted pick without reducing the pick quantity, usually based on available inventory. This happens in ePick+ by tapping on the menu in the top right corner, then selecting Products and selecting a another product from the list.
Cut: Reducing the pick quantity for a product based on available inventory. This action happens with ePick+ by tapping on the quantity box and editing the value to anything less than the starting quantity.
Re-pick: A way to restore orders with cut products after the picking process has been completed.
Load Groups: A table in Encompass used for configuration of pallet behavior.
System Setting 3231: Prompt picker to correct bin inventory to zero when cutting or skipping a product. (Off by Default)
System Setting 527: Allow Users to Request Replenishments from ePick. (Off by Default)
Best Practices
To get the most out of ePick+ while remaining efficient, we recommend this workflow, with System Settings 3231 and 527 both enabled:
When arriving at an empty or low-inventory bin while picking, Skip the product on the first pass.
Upon skipping, ensure a replenishment is requested and accept the prompt to correct bin inventory if it is empty.
Continue picking the pallet; ePick+ will prompt users to circle back for any product they skipped while picking.
Because a replenishment was requested, inventory should be at a pickable level, but if not, Cut the product.
Before truck loading, check the Pallet Cuts dashboard, and re-pick any product that’s now available.
