Best Practices
Service windows data will be displayed in mapped routing and will be displayed in red font if the estimated service time is outside of the service window.
Service windows WILL NOT prevent a Customer from having a Stop on a Route if the Day of Week on the service window is false. For example, the system will allow a Customer to be put on 101 Monday even if the Customer has a Service Window that has Monday = False. As of this time, there is no plan to enforce the relationship between the Route Day of Week and Service Windows days.
