Using the Approve Objectives dashboard in Encompass Mobile - Execute Objectives

Rep steps for completing supplier objectives on Encompass Mobile's Execute Objectives screen: pick reasons for missed placements or add products to an invoice. Needs Mobile Links set up and v23.03+.

Minimum Version Required: 23.03

Pre-Conditions

  1. Supplier Objectives (Approve Objectives) must be enabled for at least 1 Supplier that the distributor is working with.

  2. The user must have WIFI access or data on their device.

Add Mobile Links to each Mobile Application with the following information (this is done for default applications automatically, but if there are additional, user-created Mobile Applications this may be necessary):

Mobile Link #1:

  • From Mobile Item: Customer Dashboard
    ​
    ​

  • To Mobile Item: Execute Objectives
    ​
    ​

  • Grid Layout: Navigation Menu

Mobile Link #2:

  • From Mobile Item: Event View
    ​
    ​

  • To Mobile Item: Execute Objectives
    ​
    ​

  • Grid Layout: Navigation Menu

Steps

  1. Open the Execute Objectives

  2. For any tasks where the placement will not be made, select the appropriate reason
    ​
    ​

  3. To add products to the invoice, select the tasks associated with each product and choose 'Add To Invoice'

  4. Select the invoice to add products

  5. Once products are added to the invoice from this interface, tasks will automatically be marked as Complete.
