The Strategic Routing APIs allow fleet, route, and customer data to be transferred between Encompass and Wise Systems.

Installing the Strategic Routing App in Encompass 1. Using the Universal Search, navigate to the "App Library" dashboard. 2. Search for "Strategic Routing" in the App Library, and click enter.

Install the Wise Systems Strategic Routing app

3. Click the Strategic Routing tile.

4. Click "Install for [Priced by Route].

App Roles: Select the roles that will access the Strategic Routing dashboards and reports in Encompass.

Locations: Select the locations to use with Strategic Planner.

Review the agreement and click Install Strategic Routing

Wise Systems Account Activation

Once installed, all the components of the app will be visible. It is important to know that when the app is installed, an email will automatically be sent to Wise Systems to create the user's account. The user will be notified by email when the account is created.
