Create a purchase with the vendor that has been setup with the CONA Blockchain trading partner

Update the shipment to Ordered status - Once in Ordered status the purchase will be exported to CONA Blockchain and validated

Once the PO has been released for picking or shipped by Coca Cola, the purchase will update in Encompass

Once the PO has been received in Encompass, a goods receipt (PGR) record will be posted to CONA Blockchain

- Update the shipment to Ordered status - Once in Ordered status the purchase will be exported to CONA Blockchain and validated 
- Once the PO has been released for picking or shipped by Coca Cola, the purchase will update in Encompass 
- Once the PO has been received in Encompass, a goods receipt (PGR) record will be posted to CONA Blockchain

Create a negative purchase with the vendor that has been setup with the CONA Blockchain trading partner (this would be only for material and dunnage that are to be returned)

Receive the PO in Encompass once the product has shipped

Once the PO has been received in Encompass, a goods issued (PGI) record will be posted to CONA Blockchain
