1. Navigate to the Users Tab on the right of your home screen (only accessible by role 3. suppliers unrestricted role).

2. Click Invite user.

3. Fill out the form with the "Full name", "Employee Company Email", and the "Role" for the user.

​ Note: This information can be changed from the "user's dashboard".
​
4. After the form is filled out, clicking Send Invite will send an email with login instructions to the newly created user.
​
5. Possibly want to change settings on a user by limiting the suppliers the user has access to or limit the locations a user has access to (only applies to roles 1 and 2). Both of these can be updated within the "users dashboard" by clicking on those corresponding fields on a user's record. A drop-down menu will then open to make selections.

​ Note: If an email domain error when inviting a user occurs, likely, that there is not a record of the new user's email domain in Encompass. If this occurs please contact Encompass support so that the domain can be added to the records.

Roles:
​
3) Suppliers - Unrestricted -user has access to all locations and user management. This is a full access user in Connect Distributor Reporting.
​
2) Suppliers - Restricted -user only has access to certain locations for their selected suppliers.
​
1) Suppliers - PIM Only- user only has access to the PIM tab, no reporting access.
