Directed Inventory Count Encompass Mobile

​1. To start, tap the Warehouse icon on the Encompass Mobile home screen.

2. Enter the Username and Password, then tap Log in to Warehouse.
​
3. Select Directed Inventory Count from the warehouse options.
​
4. The Available Inventory Count Tasks button will display count tasks pre-generated on the server side. To create a New task, Tap Create Inventory Count Task.

5. Then, select an "Inventory Count Plan" by tapping the dropdown.
​
6. Sort products by Largest Variance, Bin Sequence, or Bin Zone, using the sort dropdown.

7. Next, select the product or products that will be counted, using the check box field.
​
8. Then, tap Assign Task.
​
9. To assign the task, either find the user in the list provided or search for their username.
​
10. A blue check will appear on the user selected. If the task won't be assigned to a specific user then tap the Create & Assign Task button. This will display the available task for any user to pick up.

11. Tap Create & Assign Task.
