Setting up a Supplier to Report Data to Lilypad

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the "App Library".

2. Search for the keyword "Lilypad".
​
3. Click Install. This allows Lilypad to begin pulling data from Encompass site using API calls.

Once App is Installed:

1. Using Universal Search, navigate to the Suppliers Reports table.
​
2. Click Add Suppliers Reports.
​
3. Enter values to all required and applicable optional fields displayed in the Add Suppliers Reports form.

a. Select Supplier
​
b. Select Location
​
​ Note: If users are sending data for more than one location, they'll need one record per location.
​
c. Set Lilypad as a Report Type
​
d. Set Sales Distributor Num to default 000000
​
e. Auto Transmission should be set to Disabled
​
​

4. Click the Add Record button when complete.
