Pre-Conditions
Steps
1. Search for Auto Transfers using the Universal Search bar.
*If the Auto Transfers dashboard does not appear or is grayed out, contact your administrator to get access to the Auto Transfers dashboard.
2. The left-hand side of the page will show the last 2 weeks of recent transfers. View the details of a recent transfer by clicking on the arrow button next to a transfer.
3. Click Create New Transfer to begin a new transfer.
4. Enter the From/To Location and Date of the transfer.
5. Search for the product to be transferred, then click Add Product.
6. Enter the quantity.
For most products, enter the batch number.
The batch number will display with the bin or location the product is currently in, followed by the name of the batch.
If adding the same product with a different batch, click the add product again.
7. Continue to search and add new products as necessary.
8. After all products have been entered, click the Create Transfer button.
After a few seconds, the page will reload and the new transfer will be listed at the top of the page.
