Best Practices
When selecting the date to roll back to, you are selecting the new Close Date. This means the date you select will NOT be reopened. All dates up to the new Close Date selected will be reopened.
For example, if you need to correct a verified Deposit from 7/15/2024, select 7/14/2024 as the new Close Date.
