Steps
How to Access
1. From the home screen of Encompass Mobile, tap Control Panel.
2. Tap Complete Settings.
Site
The site setting determines which Encompass site is linked to the mobile app. This is where you can switch between a test site or another Encompass site that you have access to.
1. To switch the selected site, tap the site name.
2. A list of recent sites is displayed to select from.
3. If the site you are looking for is not on the list, you can also search for the company name or enter the site URL.
Locations
If you have permission to view multiple locations, you can select and deselect which location's data to display in the app here.
Mobile Application
The Mobile Application setting allows you to toggle between the default mobile application or any custom mobile applications created by your company.
Mobile Applications allow for customizing Encompass Mobile with your own Mobile Items and Mobile Links.
Display Product ID and Customer ID
Toggle on and off to choose whether to display these IDs along with the Product and Customer names throughout the app.
Edit Invoice Sequence
When the 'Edit Invoice Sequence' setting is toggled on, an editable sequence column will display on the Mobile Invoice Edit screen for all customers which allows you to set the order that products display in the list. Updating the sequence using this setting will change the sequence for other users as well.
Retail Inventory Picker
When the 'Retail Inventory Picker' setting is toggled on, the inventory entry boxes on Mobile Invoice Edit allows for entering both cases and eaches.
Printer Type
If you use a mobile printer, set the printer type here. This will ensure that the printer can be connected successfully.
