A Task Was not Processed message while syncing

Explains the Encompass Mobile sync message "A task was not processed but will be processed on the next sync" for reps and drivers: the server is busy, so sync again in 10-15 minutes. Requires v24.01+.

Steps

Rarely when syncing, a user may encounter the message: "A task was not processed but will be processed on the next sync".

  • Typically, this is just an indication that the server is temporarily experiencing higher-than-normal volume
    ​
    ​

  • To ensure that processes continue to run as efficiently as possible, the system may temporarily delay imports of sync data. Please sync again in 10-15 minutes.
