Steps
The recommended phasing reports include using historical sales for invoice creation rate, average weekly CEs, average weekly cases, and average weekly $Vol or invoice totals.
These report can be access by going to the Operations Report Library. NOTE. You will have to enable beta to see this reports. The recommended phasing reports will be located in the delivery section.
State Date and End Date are optional, but will pull the sales history for the selected date range
If blank, the start date will default to today -180 days
If blank, the end date will default to today
Only Customers with Recommendations.
If True the report will only show customers that the current phasing is different than the recommended phase based on the thresholds you enter.
If False all customers will be displayed, even if their current phasing matches the recommendation.
Thresholds - Avg CEs/Week
Enter the desired weekly Avg CEs/Week thresholds to calculate the Recommendation for Phasing
Every Other Week: Customers with Avg CEs/Week between the Every Other Week and Every Week will be recommended for every other week. Avg CEs/Week less than this amount will be recommended for once every 4 weeks.
Every Week: Customers with Avg CEs/Week between the Every Week and Twice Per Week will be recommended for every week.
Twice Per Week: Customers with Avg CEs/Week >0 the Twice Per Week and Every Week will be recommended for 2 twice per week visits.
Example:
Every Other Week = 10. Every Week = 25. Twice Per Week = 100.
Customers that have less than 10 Avg CEs/Week will be recommended for every 4 weeks
Customers that have 10 to 24.9 Avg CEs/Week will be recommended for every 2 weeks
Customers that have 25 to 99.9 Avg CEs/Week will be recommended for every week
Customers that have 100 or more Avg CEs/Week will be recommended for 2 per week.
