Pre-Conditions
Required Permissions: PromotionOverride, GlobalSettingEdit
Steps
1. Navigate to the Price Posting Templates table using the Universal Search bar.
2. Select the arrow next to the Price Posting Template you want to resend.
3. Hover over the Next Run Date field and click the edit pencil.
4. Select the date you would like to resend the Price Posting Template. Typically you will select today's date to resend the file right away.
Take note of the date set in this field before making changes as this date will need to be restored later.
5. Click Save Changes.
6. Navigate to the Scheduled Tasks table.
7. Two Scheduled Tasks need to be manually run for the Price Posting File to be re-sent. Click the Scheduled Task column header and filter to the Scheduled Tasks:
Generate_Outbound_EDI _Invoices
Build_Price_Posting_Templates_Exports.
8. Click 'Go'.
9. Click the lightning bolt icon to run the first scheduled task.
10. Once the Scheduled Task runs successfully, click 'Go Back'.
11. Then, click the lightning bolt icon on the second Scheduled Task.
12. Once both Scheduled Tasks have been manually executed, return to the Price Posting Templates table using the Universal Search bar.
13. Select the Price Posting Template.
14. Change the Next Run Date field back to the original date.
17. Click 'Save Changes'.
