Record QC on Barrel Aging Liquid

Distillery/winery steps for recording QC measurements on barrel-aging liquid from the Barrel Management Console in Encompass, using a QC Template on the barrel Equipment Type. Requires v24.01+.

Equipment Type:

  • Is Barrel = True

  • Is Portable = True

  • QC Template = NOT NULL

How to Use:

  1. Create a QC Template for barrel-aging liquid from the QC Templates Table, and add QC Measurements within the QC Template Designer.

  2. Ensure the QC Template record from step 1 is set on the barrel Equipment Type in question.
    ​
    ​

  3. Navigate to ‘Barrel Management Console (BMC)’ from the universal search bar.
    ​
    ​

  4. Select Barrel(s) to record QC
    ​
    ​

  5. Click ‘QC’ Button
    ​
    ​

  6. Record QC data, click ‘Save’
