Skip steps 2-3 if the original and destination load sheets are on the same date. If dates differ between load sheets, select both the date of the original load sheet, and the date it will be moved to within the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click the Show button at the top of the menu, this will display routes for both of the dates selected
Select the current route the invoice is on, and the route the invoice should be moved to
Click the Dynamic Routing button at the top of the page
Click and hold the customer with invoices that need to be moved, then drag and drop it in the desired route's stop list
(Optional) Showing Invoice Move Options
As of version 24.11, before clicking Save Changes, if Show Invoice Move Options is checked, users can decide if invoices are moved with the Off-Load or Redeliver method.
Click Save Changes
If the Show Invoice Move Options is checked, users will be given the option to Off Load or Redeliver each invoice.
If the Show Invoice Move Option is not checked, the Off-Load method will be used if the invoice is palletized.
Fields And Definitions
Move Off-Load
Brings inventory and pallet record with moved invoice, product goes to the new route bin
Invoice does not have to be re-palletized or re-picked
Best Practices
The Delivery Optimizer invoice move method is great for bulk invoice moves where palletization has not yet been completed. It is also great for situations that don't need to separate multi-customer pallets because not all invoices are moving.
For situations that have more nuance due to palletization, please review our related Help Resource articles linked on the right side of the screen.
