Add a new Purchase and Receive it on Encompass Mobile

Add Purchase
​
1. Tap the Warehouse button from the home screen of Encompass Mobile.
​
2. Enter your username and password and tap 'Log in to Warehouse.'
​
3. If your company has multiple locations, tap the location the shipment is being received at.
​
4. Tap 'Receiving'
​
5. Tap the '+' to add a new Purchase.
​
6. Search for and select the Vendor that sent the product.
​
7. Enter the Shipment details that are available (Invoice num, PO num, Shipment num, memo, Carrier).

8. Tap 'Add new Purchase'
​
9. Tap 'Add Products'

10. Choose whether the product should be put away in a bin now or remain in the receiving bin.

11. Search for or scan the product

12. Enter the expiration date, code date, born on date, or other date required for the product.
​
13. Enter the number of cases received using the 'Pallets', 'Layers', or 'Cases' boxes.

14. Review the total number of cases in the 'Total' box.

15. Tap 'Save'
​
16. Repeat steps 8-15 if there are any additional products to add.

Receive

1. Optionally you can tap 'Add Pictures' to take and attach a photo to the purchase.

2. Edit the receiving details including the temperature, time received, or add a memo.
​
3. Once all products and any additional details have been added, tap 'Receive'.
​
4. Confirm the product is ready to be received into inventory and tap 'Yes'.

​PutAway
​
1. If the product remains in the receiving bin, tap the back arrow to return to the main menu.
​
2. Tap 'Put Away'
​
3. Tap the receiving bin.
​
4. Scan or search for the product.
​
5. Or, tap 'Show Products' to see all products in the receiving bin.
​
6. Tap to select the product.
​
7. Confirm the number of cases to put away is correct.
​
8. Scan the bin or search for and tap the bin the product is now put away in.
​
9. Tap 'Next'
