Distributor steps for finding which income (GL) accounts a customer's sales post to in Encompass by tracing Distribution Area to Income Area to Income Account Maps. Requires v21.01+.

Steps

  1. Click on the Distribution Area from the Customer record

  2. From the Distribution Area, click on the related Income Area.
    ​
    ​

  3. Select Subtables -> Income Account Maps
    ​
    ​

  4. Review these Income Account Maps to ensure they are what you are expecting and make changes as necessary.
