3. Go to the 'Customers Holiday Routes' table using the Universal Search bar.
4. Click "Add Customers Holiday Routes"
a. Events are automatically moved based on the data in the Customers Holiday Routes table.
b. Or, to bulk import data, use the Add Customers Holiday Routes Import Routine.
5. Enter the Holiday Type.
a. This is a text field that can be named anything that will make the Holiday Type easily recognizable. For example, "Monday Holiday Week", "Monday Short Week", "Memorial Day", or "Thursday Holiday Week".
6. Enter the Stop ID.
a. The Stop ID field is the stop you want to move during the holiday week. If a Customers Holiday Route record does not exist, the associated event for that stop will not be moved.
7. Enter the Move to Route.
a. The Move to Route field is the route that you want to move the event to.
8. Click "Add Record" once all fields have been entered.

9. Once Customers Holiday Routes records are created, complete step 1 and 2 listed in the Holiday Routing Workflow and Best Practices dashboard.
10. Once plans have been created from step 2 in the workflow dashboard, Navigate to the Plan Optimizer dashboard and click the "Holiday Routing App" button.
11. Enter the start date of the holiday week, this would typically be the Saturday before the holiday.
12. Enter the end date of the holiday week, this would typically be the Friday of the holiday week.
a. Do not enter a start and end date range of more than 7 days.
13. Select the Holiday Type from the drop-down.
14. Click the "Update Plans" button.
a. If you receive a list of Stops that do not have an Event, it is likely that these are Events that were not generated due to the holiday week not being in the same Phase as the phasing on the Stop. In other words, the Stop listed is likely not a phase-all Stop. If there are stops that should have an event, generate plans before continuing.
15. Click "Continue".
16. Complete steps 5 through 7 in the Holiday Routing Workflow and Best Practices Dashboard.

Do not create Customer Holiday Routes records for stop / events that you do not want to move.
Only use a date range of no more than 7 days
Examples using Saturday, 5/25/2024 though Friday, 5/31/2024:
Move From Route = A 101 Mon and Move To Route A 99 Sat would move the event from Monday, 5/27/2024 to Saturday, 5/25/2024
Move From Route = A 101 Mon and Move To Route A 101 Tues would move the event from Monday, 5/27/2024 to Tuesday, 5/28/2024
