ePick Voice Commands

Distributor warehouse reference for ePick voice picking commands (Begin, Next, Back, Say Again, Quantity to cut cases) and voice settings. Needs ePick enabled on the location; v22.01+.

Minimum Version Required: 22.01

Pre-Conditions

  • ePick functionality must be enabled for the warehouse location, ePick = True on the Location record.

Steps

  1. Begin: Initiates pallet picking from the ePick home screen.

  2. Next: Completes the current pick and moves to the next pick on the pallet.
    ​
    ​

  3. All Done: Same as the "next" command.
    ​
    ​

  4. Back: Shifts from the current pick to the previous pick on the pallet.
    ​
    ​

  5. Say Again: Repeats the system command for the current pick.
    ​
    ​

  6. Repeat Last Pick: Repeats the system command for the previous pick.
    ​

  7. Quantity [number] cases or Quantity [number] bottles: Changes the Num Units of the current pick to the number spoken by the user. This is the voice command for cutting cases.

  8. Change [number] cases or Change [number] bottles: Same as the "quantity" command.

Best Practices

  • Try to speak as clearly as possible and enunciate when saying voice commands.

  • Go to ePick > Settings > Peripheral settings to adjust background noise level and listening time.
