Batch Number Template Designer

​The Batch Number Template Designer is used to set how Batch Numbers are formatted and how the numbers increment.

1. Navigate to the 'Batch Number Template Designer' dashboard using the universal search bar.

2. Drag and drop the Batch information tiles in the Options section to the empty slots on the right to set how the Batch Number will populate.

3. You can also drag and drop tiles between slots to reorder them.

4. Once the Batch Number slots are populated in the desired order, click Save Changes to confirm.

Once a new Batch is created the Batch Number will populate with the options selected. In the example below, the Batch Number will populate as - Location, followed by the Next Batch Number, and finally the Brand Code.
