Steps
Mobile Invoice Edit Sequence
1. Tap the Sequence drop-down.
2. Tap a sequencing option.
3. Tap the check-mark to save.
Record Custom Sequence
1. Tap 'Custom Sequence'.
2. Tap the check mark to save.
3. Toggle on 'Record New Custom Sequence'
4. Begin taking inventory or entering orders. The Sequence field will automatically populate in the order values are entered.
5. When finished taking inventory or entering orders, toggle off 'Record New Custom Sequence'.
Edit Custom Sequence
1. Tap the Sequence drop-down.
2. Tap Change custom sequence.
3. Two options to re-sequence:
Drag and drop products in the list
Edit the numeric sequence in the text box on the left
4. Tap the check-mark to save
Fields And Definitions
Custom Sequence - Recorded sequence based on order inventory or orders are entered. Custom Sequences will the default view for the user who created the sequence and the customer the sequence was recorded on only.
Product Name - Sequenced in alphabetical order.
Product Type, Name - Products grouped by product type and then sequenced in alphabetical order.
Product Number - Sequenced by Product ID.
Product Package - Products grouped by package type.
Product Segment - Products grouped by Segment Ranking (Industry Volume).
Sales Volume - Sequenced by products with highest sales volume to lowest sales volume.
Invoice Sequence - Sequenced by Invoice Sequence set on the Product Sequence dashboard.
