Announcement Overview

Note: If the Distributors dropdown menu does not appear, turn on "Show Hidden Dashboard" found in the side panel hamburger menu

3. Select Annoucements.

4. There are three sections to identify corresponding Announcements.

  • Current Announcements - These are active and will be displayed at the top

  • Scheduled Announcements - These are upcoming and will be displayed in the middle

  • Archived Announcements - These are completed and live at the bottom

5. To create a new Announcement, click the New Announcement button.

6. Select a Start and End Date for the Announcement.

7. Insert the title in the "Announcement Title" section.
Note: The Announcement Title is what the customer will see on the dsdlink Home Page, consider making it appealing.

8. Write what the Announcement will say in the "Announcement Content" section.

9. Click Create Announcement.

Best Practices

  • If an Announcement is set up for "all Locations", an "Individual Location" announcement can not be created until the previous announcement for all locations has ended.

  • There may only be one announcement per Location active at any point in time. Recommended practice is to schedule new announcements whenever content should change, instead of editing current content.
