How To Delete All Current Data

  1. Tap the sync button on the home screen of Encompass Mobile and complete a manual sync.
    ​

  2. Return to the home screen and tap on the Control Panel.
    ​
    ​

  3. Tap 'Delete All Current Data'

Best Practices

  • Complete a full manual Sync before running Delete All Current Data to ensure no local data is lost.
