Driver/rep steps for viewing Potential Promotions from Product Detail in Encompass Mobile to see qualifying products and minimums and add them to the invoice. Includes a video. Requires v21.01+.

Steps

Potential Promotions - Mobile

​1. Navigate to the Mobile Invoice Edit screen and tap on a product name to open the Product Detail screen.

​

2. Scroll to locate the Potential Promotions button and tap to open.

Note: The Potential Promotions button is not included on the Product Detail screen by default and may need to be added. (Customizing The Product Detail Screen)

3. Tap the checkmark to add purchases to the invoice or tap the 'X' to cancel.

Fields And Definitions

  • Products Column - includes any products that qualify for the Promotion.

  • Price Column - lists each product's discounted price once the Promotion conditions are met.
    ​
    ​

  • Available Inventory Column - displays the inventory of each product at the warehouse.
    ​
    ​

  • Purchase Column - Editable field to enter the number of cases to add to the invoice for each product.
    ​
    ​

  • Purchase Minimum - displays the number of cases required to meet the conditions of the Promotion.
    ​
    ​

  • Remaining - displays the number of cases the customer still needs to purchase to meet the Purchase Minimum.
