Trade Out Products On Encompass Mobile

1. Navigate to Mobile Invoice Edit and tap a Product. 2. In the Purchase box, enter the number of cases or units that will be traded out. 3. Tap 'Trade Out' 4. Select a Reason Code for the Product being returned.

Trade Out can only be used when replacing the returned Product with the same Product.
