How To Remove a Product From Mobile Invoice Edit

1. Tap the Product to be inactivated on the Mobile Invoice Edit screen.

2. Locate and tap the Product Status field on the Product Detail view.

3. Tap 'Inactive'.

Fields And Definitions

  • Products only display in Mobile Invoice Edit if there is an active Customer History record.

  • Customer History records will automatically inactivate and be removed from the product list on Mobile Invoice Edit based on System Setting 131.
    ​
    ​

  • The Scheduled Task, Update_CustomerHistory, will run once a day to update the Customer History record and set the status to Inactive, removing the product from the list.
